Profession- Trainer
Appearance- At first sight, Katrina looks odd. Well, she is a Pokemorph. She has pale skin, and her hair is blue. She styles some of her hair into a tuft so she can look even more like Shinx. Katrina has ears with yellow stars inside, like Shinx. She also has a straight black tail, tipped with a yellow star.
In the clothes department, Katrina dresses quite simple. A blue t-shirt is what she wears most often, along with a black skirt. Her shoes are yellow, and they are simple sandals. At times she wears a golden belt. She also wears a ring on her finger. It is tipped with a fake ruby for decoration.
Personality- Katrina is quite simple and oblivious. She rarely pays attention, instead dreaming about things. She is kind and helps others. Well, when she's not dreaming! However, if a Pokémon needs help, she snaps out of her dreams and helps it out. Also, Katrina loves food, and will never turn a snack down. She can control her diet though. Katrina is quite shy. Her favourite type is the Electric Type because she was fused with one at an early age. Her favourite Pokémon is Shinx because she is fused with one.
History- Katrina was born in Twinleaf Town, Sinnoh. Her mother, Catherine Azula was one of Professor Rowan's assistants, based in Twinleaf Town. Her father was Lucas Azula, one of the few trainers to have beaten the Champion. Because of her parents' important positions in society, life was quite frantic.
One day when Katrina was six months old, her mother got a call from Professor Rowan. He had seen Hybrid Pokémon in the wild, which he wanted to investigate. So, Katrina and her family journeyed to Professor Rowan's lab. There, they had saw the professor had collected a Shinx.
"Hello, Catherine. Hello, Katrina. Now Catherine, I want to ask you something important. Will you be willing to let your daughter be fused with a Shinx to help my research on Hybrids?" Professor Rowan asked.
"I would, is it dangerous? I wouldn't want to harm Katrina," Catherine replied.
"It hasn't been tried before on a human, but the Pokémon fusion attempts have gone well," the elderly man replied, pointing a a Eevee-Pikachu fusion which seemed to be playing happily.
"OK. Go ahead with the fusion," Catherine replied. Professor Rowan took Katrina from Catherine's arms and placed her in the fusion machine. It looked like a test-tube. The Shinx was placed in another test-tube. Then, some of the Shinx's DNA was removed and cloned, and some of Katrina's DNA was removed. The Shinx's DNA was then put in the place of Katrina's missing DNA, making her half Shinx. Then the clone of the Shinx's DNA was placed back in the Shinx. That was how Katrina became a Pokemorph.
Katrina grew up normally until it was time for her to start nursery. Right from the start there, kids teased her about being half Shinx. However, Katrina managed to get by with daydreaming whenever kids were teasing her. The teasing continued all the way through primary school too. The teasers would stop when a teacher was looking at them, and Katrina was afraid to tell them.
Now it is time for Katrina to start her Pokémon journey. Katrina is excited because she can escape from the bullies and beat some Gym Leaders. Also, she can have fun doing it!
